About 2nd Chance2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue was started due to the HUGE need for foster homes and places for dogs to go instead of going to shelters that are already over crowded and having the painful task of destroying wonderful dogs just due to lack of space. It is our mission to educate people on dog ownership and hopefully teach them how to keep their dog safe, happy and loved. Dogs are not dispensable simply because you choose to change apartments or start a family! Dogs are loyal loving creatures who give nothing but love and loyalty and should deserve the same from their owners. We would love to see every dog owner have a "plan" for their beloved pet from medical care up and including catastrophes or death. Dogs deserve a plan for life and in return they will love you FOREVER!
